Lincoln County Sheriff Dept Report: Week Ending Sunday May 19
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputies conducted 52 traffic stops in the last week. One was for reckless driving, the driver was placed under arrest for 2nd offense OWI & cited for carrying open intoxicants. There was a report of disorderly conduct in Bradley resulting in an arrest that included an outstanding warrant, and two complaints of potentially impaired drivers who appeared to have open alcohol in their vehicles. Both resulted in arrests for 1st offense OWI and one was cited for open intoxicants. Deputies responded to 16 crashes involving cars hitting deer, with one resulting in the driver being injured after swerving to miss one deer but hitting two and then crashing into trees.
